type of thing before without the help of my wife but I really wanted to surprise her for her birthday and figured
"HOW HARD COULD IT BE TO BUT SOMETHING ONLINE". The website seems as real as any other website I used to
purchased items from. There is positive testimony so I submitted a request form to be contacted and soon a rep
name Kyla reached out to me and explained the puppy buying process. After she explained everything I then
proceeded to arrange payment (I transferred the money via Zelle) and pick-up time. I paid the $800 to Kayla sent
her the confirmation per her instructions and I was told that I would receive the delivery information soon because
I would be going to Regan Airport to pick the puppy up. Kayla confirmed she received my money on Sunday, April
3, 2021, and I would be receiving the pick-up information on Monday, April 4, 2021. Monday morning came and I
heard nothing, I texted Kayla several times and nothing. At that point, I felt it was time to tell my wife and so I did
she then texted Kayla and asked her if she was the right one to contact or should she contact the police. Kayla then
said "LOL your puppy coming tomorrow" tomorrow came and NOTHING. I never thought a surprise could turn out
like this...I am out $800, I have no puppy and someone is waking up every day to SCAM others...Please HELP!!! To
some people $800 is nothing and to others, it's sacrifice and saving just to put a smile on a loved one face. No one
deserves to be scammed out of their hard-earned money.
