We booked flights on Kiss and Fly and after canceling (well within our rights to cancel within the time frame allowed) they have still not returned our money. I have spent countless hours with all of the airlines who all tell me that Kiss and Fly has never reached out to them. Kiss and Fly, every time I call, tell me that they have contacted the airlines and are waiting to get a refund from them. This is obviously false since I have contacted the airlines directly. I have sent countless emails to Kiss and Fly with detailed instructions from the airlines on how to request a refund and they still wont do it. It has been months and they will never transfer me to a manager or anyone else to talk to. HORRIBLE experience
