Purchased an electronic metal Iron man Helmet for my son at $38.99. Paid 9.99 for 24 our shipping and was guaranteed that it would arrive in 10 to 14 day. The item finally arrived over a month Later and I instantly knew it was bogus because the package was way to small and light. Opened it and found a plastic, used, cheap imitations Ironman face mask. Not even Iron Man but Space Superhero! Unreal!

On 09/13/21, I saw an advertisement for an Iron Man Electronic Helmet for $ 48.94. The advertisement indicated that this was not a toy, it could be used for a motorcycle helmet. I decided to purchase the item and paid it through PayPal. I received the product on 09/28/21. The product does not nearly resemble what was advertised or what I paid. It's a child's mask. I sent them an email that I wanted a refund and their reply was that I had received the item, they would provide a 20% discount on my next purchase. Their advertisement claims you can get a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item it not totally satisfied in addition it says returns are 100% money back guarantee. Please do not buy from this scammer. They have no return address on the shipping label only Burlington, New Jersey. I sincerely hope the State or Federal agencies do put a stop to their deceptive practices.

I purchased a helmet for my nephew. It showed on the website it was $89.99 but on sale for $38.99. It was an actual helmet that goes over the head and the front face opens electronically by lifting up similar to the iron man mask from the movies. What I received was a kids face mask where the eyes light up and there’s an elastic band that goes around the head. I tried contacting the merchant to state I want to return the item and explained it’s not what I ordered in any way and I want to return the item for my full refund. Argued with them over a few days and they offered me 10% partial refund to keep the item and I refused and threatened them that I want to return this item and get my full refund but I’m not paying to return anything when they sent me a bogus item I didn’t pay for. They offered me 20% partial refund or pay to return the item which will cost me $40. It just worked out that PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded me 100%. If they did this to me I don’t want to know how many other people they did this to.
