They are charging me for a product I don't have. and can't get a hold of them

I received a smart watch which I didn’t order and was charged over $100. They told me a fifteen day trial was exhausted. They had credit card information which they alleged I entered online. I did not. I have never heard of the company. I have no interest in their products which seem to be unavailable online. My back alerted me to possible fraud.
