After placing order and putting in credit card number they say they only take MasterCard and then say order couldn’t go through. But they have our credit card information. Not sure where they’re located because it changed euros into dollar amounts. Not sure if they are going to be able to access my account now or not!

This company placed an ad on Instagram saying it had discounted Dyson products. Purchased 2 items online and their email responses caused a red flag along with no contact number to reach them. I reported the site to Dyson and they are reporting it to their fraud department. I have contacted credit card company to block payment and monitor account.

Said that they can only use "M card" to make a transaction. When asked why their website says they take visa and master card, but not check out with visa.
