They offer fitness equipment and accessories but they are not trackable and never delivered.

Offers a guarantee on product but does not uphold that... I bought an item from them and it was defective and the item 100% did not work and/or turn on so I contacted support and gave them a copy of my reciept and tracking info and after 15 emails later they are still giving me the run around, going in circles with me and now wanting to see the packaging it came in when Ive told them in every email that it was thrown away after opening it... I dont like spending my hard earned money to support a business and buy their products just to be treated like this, HECK NO!
