I searched online to identify a business to adopt a Cornish rex kitten. I texted and emailed this company and they responded immediately. They sent me a different email address to send the money to ([email protected], Kapresha Park) but I did not suspect anything at that time. I agreed to send a deposit and did, but my bank put it on hold immediately. The seller contacted me right away and asked me to cancel the payment and send it a different way. The voice of the person sounded strange and almost anxious. So instead of cancelling I went back to the website and after doing a deep dive noticed many anomilies on the site. Then I did a ScamPulse.com search and many of the points mentioned there on fraudulent kitten businesses were exactly what I experienced. Thankfully my bank denied the transfer.

Purchased a kitten from an online store and paid with Zelle to pay. The total thing was a fraud and Zelle and Discover Bank do not want to take will not take responsibility.
