The Company Kitty Bowl Plus Ad popped up on my cell phone and it advertised the raised double Kitty Pet Bowl for sale. I ordered two and the total amount came to $73.97. I was told that I should get it in 5-7days. After they charged my credit card, they sent me a confirmation email with the order or confirmation number on it, JRNUX8P9C. Believe it or not, I did this on Nov, 9, 2022 and when I did not receive it by Dec 9, 2022, a month later, I emailed them at the address THEY provided in the confirmation email I received. I sent them numerous emails asking them where my order was and always got the same response, "Someone will get back with you shortly." But they lied. No one got back to me, called me or sent the product. Nor was a refund offered due to the fact that somehow they couldn't send the product because of my location. (Hawaii)So low and behold, it is now more than a year later and I still have not received anything from them. These lying, deceitful people must be stopped and shut down so they can no longer steal from people.
