I ordered an interactive hand made dog toy on special, advertised on facebook. I paid NZ$38 for it, the site was called Madmax but the billing was Yagood technology. After much drama, time and many emails they sent me a stuffed toy so badly made it was laughable and obviously not what I ordered. Although I have pursued them relentlessly via email, they refuse to send me the correct order or refund me my money. The best they offer is a partial refund, but I am not giving them my new card details in case they take more money out instead of putting it in. I cancelled my other card as soon as I realised they were fraudulant, so they couldn't take any more money. The email they use is through zendesk and is [email protected]
The picture below is what I ordered. The other photo is what I got. Obviously totally different and as you can see a huge quality difference as well.

My daughter sent me a picture of a maternity dress on messenger. I clicked the link and purchased then get an email I paid Yagood Technology and looked up the name and realized I was scammed. Can’t we get these sites banned. Really passed off .

My mother made a purchase to Yagood Technology in the amount of $75.25. Since then I found it was a scam and unless she get refunded the above $75.25 I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau in the US and starting a lawsuit immediately! ordered 2 jig saw puzzles on 5-4-20 and my account was charged and the money taken out on 5-5-20. no puzzles as of yet. fraud? theft? i just want what i ordered OR refund my account OR the attorney general will be made aware of this situation.

Ordered a jigsaw puzzle online 04/28/20 after seeing an add on Instagram.

Received an email confirmation that day, but nothing since then. When I attempt to go to their website or the site listed as who to contact doe questions, both sites are unavailable.

My credit card statement says the charging company is Yagood Technology Hong Kong. I disputed the charge in 05/25/20 and was immediately refunded.
