Ordered from them while they had a buy 2 get 1 free deal back in November 2023 and made the purchase on the 21st and have gotten multiple promotional emails from them talking about how they received many more orders than they expected so shipping was being affected but that everyone was gonna receive their orders and confirmation numbers that hadn't been even received after paying. A multitude of those emails were sent before I decided to reach out and ask about my order to see what was going on. They responded the first few times I reaching out assuring me that they were still working on it and gave me a "batch" number that they would be shipping from with other orders. They even asked me to pick another beanie free of charge as a way of apologizing for the long delay which was updated on my order but then after waiting more months I reached out and they have started to not even get a real person to respond to the emails rather send copy and pasted responses that are almost exactly the same as the "update" promotional emails they send every few months to lie to people. After reaching out one last time cause I wanted to talk to a real person and get a refund they blocked my email. These guys are running a scam operation and have comments locked on their Instagram where they get most their attention from which is full of old "positive" comments about them. They also keep mentioning to NOT email or reach out to them asking about where peoples orders are or for an update on them which is a horrible company procedure to ask your customers to not email them for help. Hope they looked into as I've seen multiple other people with similar situations.

I ordered these beanies on the 20th of October and I keep emailing the support line to ask when I'll be receiving my beanies but they keep telling me to be assured my beanies will be shipped before Christmas, it's almost been multiple months and I don't know if I'll ever receive them. I have multiple screenshots being told I'll receive a tracking update by the days past due and the package has been in the same place for a month or two first it was november 18th -23rd then up to December 5th and then he tells me that he is having a meeting with the USPS manager about getting them out?
