Klamee.shop advertised some items which they claimed were in a store in London and would be delivered anywhere in the UK within six days. I paid through my Bank and two days later, the emailed to advise that they had run out of stock in London. They would ship from overseas, to be delivered in 30 days. After 30 days, I received nothing. I inquired and they gave me a tracking number for shipment via express global. The tracking showed that the item had Turkey and was on the way to Singapore. It took about 30 days from Turkey to Singapore, then two days from Singapore to Cardiff.
10 days since it supposedly arrived in Cardiff, I hadn't received the item. I inquired and they responded that the item had been rejected by customs in Cardiff, and they were shipping a replacement which wouldn't be long to arrive. A month later, I inquired and they provided me a tracking number, again supposedly via express global. The tracking showed the same routing from Turkey via Singapore to Cardiff. Weeks later, I inquired and they emailed back, advising me to be patient. Later, the tracking indicated that the item had been delivered to my address. This was not true. I followed it with Klamee and the fake logistics company. Both kept saying they were investigating why I had not received the item. Then they went silent. I requested my Bank for refund of my money. The Bank told me that they were sorry they couldn't help since I took too long to lodge a claim. Note, Klamee is a chain of scamers who use various fictitious names. Their allegedly logistics company express global should not be confused with the well known express global of Italy. Theirs is a fake logistics company.
