I I have more documentation that the service that I paid for Stephen Howard to complete was not rendered. I received tampered documentation from Mr. Howard as proof that he completed the service I gave him money to take care of. He created a document using acrobat(which allows you to edit, add or rearrange the document from its original format). I also have documentation for the Secretary of State letting me know that the service he was supposed to take care of and did not do but continue to say he did. I have asked Mr. Howard on several occasions to show proof of payment and proof of the application has been filed and he has failed to due so. March 6th 2024 application was filed for certificate of formation. I zelled him $300 because that is the cost to file for a LLC with the state of Texas. When I spoke with the SOT, I was told that Mr. Howard s credit card was declined the same day he filed the formation application. They contacted him March 7th 2024 to let him know the payment did not go through. March 27th and email/postal letter was delivered to Mr. Howard on March 27th. Today is April 5th and the payment still has not been paid. I have reached out to Mr. Howard on several occasions for proof of payment or return my money back. Mr. Howard has continued to be extremely disrespectful and not professional. I am seeking help from you guy's because I just want my money back. I paid for 3 different services that did not happen. I deserve my money back. Mr. Howard is also stating that Zelle has closed all of his financial accounts so he does not have access to his money. Attached is a copy for your review. Please help me. Thank you in advance. My batch number for my filling of formation number is 134001264. That batch number is nowhere on the documentation he sent a screenshot of. Please help me and returning my $480 that was Zelled to Stephen Howard. Thank you in advance.
