I accidentally placed the order using PayPal. Normally Paypal sends the buyer back to the seller's site to approve the purchase before the transaction, but this didn't happen. The transaction was done as soon as I went back to the seller's website. I contacted them immediately and was told they couldn't cancel the order. When I received the order, I contacted them and said I wanted to return the items and get a full refund. They offered me 20% off to keep everything. When I said I wanted a refund, they sent me a Return Merchandise Authorization with a return address of: Returns-Logismart, Galines g. 1, 13-14 rampa, Galine, LT-14247, Vilniaus r. Lithuania. I looked up the address and found it is a scam address.

I would have to pay the return shipping, fill out Customs papers, pay a VAT tax, and they only gave me 7 days to do it.

The website displays a 70% discount. Purchase 1 for $29.99. When you select the 1 and move on to the next screens and populate your PII (name, address, phone number, credit card info) you then see you've been invoiced for 4. There is no way to alter the quantity. The invoice shows up immediately that the money will be deducted from your account. I called immediately and spoke to a customer service rep who said they would try and edit the quantity. 2 days later from this debacle, 4 seat cushions and 4 covers show up. I called and spoke to a customer service rep again only to find out that I would be responsible for paying the shipping fees if returned. Printed out the RMA only to find out that the package has to be shipped back to Lithuania! What really worries me is what they will do with my PII.

I placed an order for 2 memory foam seat cushions from Klaudena. Once I filled out the payment form, a promotion of other products popped up and I could not find a way to quit the page for continuing my process, so I pushed the button for 1 seat cover. Then a bill showed up with a total of 2 seat cushions and 4 seat covers and I could not find any button to modify the order or cancel it at once. I tried to chat online with them right away but no response. So I immediately called the US phone number and a staff answered the phone. After I explained the situation to him, he said he would correct it and pass it to another department so that they would email me a fresh statement of account to show the correct amount for my order within 48 hours. However before the end of our conversation the staff asked me whether I would keep the 4 seat covers in return for a gift to me and I declined. I got an email acknowledging my request and advising me that a separate notification email would send to me. No other email ensued and I received the products about 2 weeks later. 2 seat cushions and 4 seat covers were there. One of the cushions is not in good shape; two of the seat covers had fibre flaws. I tried to contact them following their return policy, nothing heard. I called the US line repeatedly and only got busy tunes.

I have been doing many online shopping via Amazon or the specific manufactures and never had any problems when I wanted to modify the order on the spot. Klaudena is not doing business properly.
