Klutz tote bag popped up on Facebook for $14.99 made the purchase and the charged me $39.99. After contacting them via email at [email protected] that said they would correct it. Placed my order January 10 and never received a thing. They are currently taking $39.99 out my account every month that is not authorized. I have lost a total of $80 to this company.
