Deceptive advertising from a link on Instagram led me to website to purchase what I believed were health gummies to aid in keto dieting. While I made a purchase for the gummies which turned out to be fake, an additional charge was made to my debit card for $49.68 -- of which I didn't approve nor knew about until I checked my bank account. Additional bottles of some detox vitamins were sent with my purchase and when I requested to return the items, an offer to refund the amount was made in email form. The unwanted items were shipped back to a returns processing center in Tennessee, provided with an RMA number from the KLUXEBOOST vendor and delivered by USPS. It has been over two months of inquiring with the customer service email address and phone number provided on the status of the refund and still nothing has been issued.

I called customer service various times and spoke with an individual who noted their systems were antiquated and that a refund failed to be attributed back to my debit card. The solution was to send an e-check to my email for the amount minus a restocking fee -- of which I noted I have in writing a confirmation for the entire amount to be refunded by the company. The biggest red flag has been provided in writing via email that the financial department couldn't process a refund to the original form of payment and that an e-check was to be issued. I have never experienced that with a company and am reporting that KLUXEBOOST is not only a scam and deceptive advertising company, they have committed computer trespassing by subscribing customers unknowingly and unwillingly to "product orders" that were not approved by the customer to begin with.

This form of deceptive advertising and fraud needs to be made known that (1) fake health items (ie vitamin gummies) are being distributed to buyers across America and (2) those same buyers are being scammed financially with unwarranted product subscriptions that need to cease and desist.

KLUXEBOOST is the company that showed up on my debit charges as the company who has committed this scam.
