I returned a dress to this company two months ago, and have not received any refund. The dress didn't fit well and was cheaply made, didn't look like it was in the advertisement. It seemed unusually difficult to return it. There was no return label or any information inside of the package, not even an address of the sender on the package. They responded quickly for my email, however, tried to negotiate with me to keep the dress and they will partially refund me. This made no sence to keep it, since it didn't fit me, so I asked for an address and full refund, I paid $60.98, they offered $29.00. When they provided me with an address I returned the dress. I didn't receive any aknowledgement of the return, and no refund either. This happenned 2 months ago. I think this company does untrue advertising and suspiciously they dress didn't even come from USA, but from Jamaica. The payment on my bank account went through Paypal, which I didn't ask for. They operate under the name KLYNU, but also selling as JustFashionNow.

As all the other reports this company is not in Carolina it is in China., They state they have a 30 day return policy but when you request a return they give you the run around then offer you only a small fortune of what you spent. This a a scam company. They don't even use their name when they charge your account.

this company is NOT in Carolina. Their return address is actually China. Ordered blouses that unfortunately were too big and not advertised size accurate. Tried to get information to return annd was encouraged then badgered to keep items and they would settle for a lot less than I actually paid. THey advertise free returns and all they do is continue to offer less. Big disappointment.

For months an ad repeatedly was marketed "sponsored" by Facebook on my feed, it is a clothing company, really liking the clothing and the seeing the ad for such a long period of time I checked out the site. Klynu is a beautiful site, it says it is an American make company therefore myself and MANY others trusted it. I orders $141.07 in clothing, 4 tops on December 8th and my credit card was charged, a email with a "tracking code" was sent, the tracking code is bogus. I have kept in contact through email, the only form of contact with this company. After the holidays I found out there is a whole community of people being scammed, this is a bogus company, PLEASE PUT A STOP TO THEM! Please let me know if there is anyway to recoup my money.

I ordered some new dresses for a vacation. Took 5 weeks to ship my order and then another 2 weeks before I received my package. I couldn’t figure out why the shipping was taking so long if they were shipping from SC. (That was a lie.)
7 weeks before I got my dresses. I was back from my trip before I ever got them!

I ordered from this company, because I thought I was supporting a USA Company. I am a fool for not doing my research. This company is not located in the USA. It is 100% FRAUD. They will not refund money! BUYER BE AWARE

This is a Chinese company with a London England connection. It's "about" page indicates that it is a company based in SC. I ordered from them through Paypal and after two weeks didn't receive my women's clothing which was confusing since I live in SC. When I checked my PayPal account it was charged to a Chinese company! This company is representing itself as an American manufacturer and is not.

I ordered from a website that said they are in SC. Klynu.com is NOT is SC and the clothing is not USA made. The company is in Dubai with a tertiary shipping company in SC and I would be surprised as the website states the clothing is "made" in SC. The clothing I am returning is no quality outfits at all nor do they fit right. When I went to return the clothing, BTW "easy return policy" as stated on their website, I could not add the link here, per Trust Pilot's rules.
They first offered me a $10.00 credit to keep the goods, they continued to negotiate and then offered $50.00 on a $137.00 original order. One item they did credit as it did not show up. I found an address for their "shell " in SC and asked to ship the goods back there. They told me I would need to ship it to Dubai at my expense. Furthermore they are not available 24/7. This is a VERY dishonest company and buyer beware. I wish I had looked them up earlier prior to ordering from them.

This company klynu is a scam. I ordered 5 blouses they didn’t fit. I emailed tried to information on returning them for correct size. They offered only $50 I paid $170 they want me to pay $27 more for shipping new merchandise and they said to keep the others. Buyer beware of this scam

I purchased five blouses that cost me $175. When I received them they did not fit had no labels on them. The package had no return paperwork. After several emails they tried to offer me $50 and to keep the blouses. I rejected the $50 offer called PayPal they investigated and said that I received the merchandise so I can’t get my money back! This company is a total scam beware!

I ordered four dresses from Klynu who CLAIMED their clothes were made in South Carolina. They claim they offer free returns within 30 days. They do NOT. When I inquired about I for for returning these items because they did not fit. They offered me like $20 on over $100 worth of dresses and told me to keep them. Every time I emailed them and said I just wanted return address they kept trying to give me small amounts of money to keep items. After threatening legal action they sent return address. It’s in Dubai! What a complete rip off!

I bought several dresses through this company that advertises heavily on Facebook that they are made in South Carolina. They are not! The dresses didn’t fit and they wouldn’t honor their advertised 30 day free returns. Instead they try to offer small amounts of money for the clothes and try to get you to keep them. After about a dozen emails to them they FINALLY provided me with address for the return. It’s in Dubai! Total Scam!

This product ships from Dubai. it is NOT made in the US! The return policy is a joke and I had to do a charge back on my credit card for 2 items that didn't fit. Steer clear of this company! I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere!

I'm having the same trouble. I ordered 2 dresses that don't fit and I am also trying to return. Klynu is offering me a $20 refund & asking me to keep the dresses even though I am asking to exchange them for a larger size. Now they are saying keep the dresses and send $17 via Paypal and they will send me 2 of the same dresses in the larger size that I'm asking for. Many back and forth emails and they finally sent me a link to send them the $16 shipping. When I click on the link it just opens up to their website but not to anything that I can work with. I'm going to keep trying...

I saw an ad for Klynu showing pretty dresses and stating that their products were made in the USA in North Carolina. It took over 4 weeks to get the product and the label as well as the charge description on my credit bill indicated it was billed by someone in Hong Kong. This is clearly a lie. There is also no label on the dress that states where it is made and I think that may be required by law. Please I would like a response to this inquiry.

Total scam, clothes are not well made and I was charged an international fee from my credit card. Unable to return dresses for a refund. Was offered $8 then $15 and “keep the dress” unfortunately, I am out $78 from this company. Learned the hard way not to purchase from social media….

I purchased a dress on facebook through this compay that stated the Company was out of South Carolina and all shipping area are in the US. It states that there is a money back Guarantee. When the product is was not anything like they stated and didn't fit. I could not find any shipping info so I emailed the service email. I began to get emails stating that they could no refund the the dress price and it would have to be shipped to Dubai EU and that was very expensive. They offered to let me keep the dress for and give $10, then $19, and when i really got made and told them I was reporting them everywhere possible and calling my credit card company they offered $30 and i would have to pay the shipping to return the dress. I had already paid $14.95. I told them after i reported them every where possible we would see what the police offered them and i have not heard from them since. I had to enter my credit card info to purchase the addres so I am not sure what I have lost.

This company is a scam. They claim their clothes are made in South Carolina but they’re coming from Dabai. They do not honor their return policy.

I purchased two dresses and one top from Klynu on July 4th. The total amount was $117. The merchandise arrived about two weeks later but the quality was very poor and nothing fit. Per instructions on the merchant's website, I emailed them a return authorization request. The company responded with an offer of a $15 refund and keeping the clothes. I said no, I didn't want clothes that don't fit, and asked for a refund. Klynu continued to refuse my return and, instead, via an additional five email exchanges, increased the refund amount to a maximum of $40, claiming the cost of return shipping was prohibitive.

In our last exchange, I pointed out that their website states the company is based in the USA, and the products are all made and shipped from South Carolina. If true, shipping back to their warehouse would not be expensive and I would pay for it. At that point, I was informed the company operates out of Dubai, not the US which, I concluded, is why they resisted the return.

Over the course of a week and multiple email exchanges, it became apparent that Klynu is engaging in deceptive practices and the website information is false.
