So I seen some hair straighteners I wanted and I had been seeing all these add about people buying stuff from them and the quality of the products. So I fell for the hype and ordered the straighteners. You had to set up an account before you could purchase any items so I did. After i finished they sent a text to my phone thanking me for my purchase and that they would email me. That never happened. In the text it had a link I could go to, to check on my order and guess what it doesn't work also when I tried to login it says there no account for that user. So I used the email to contact them and each time I did I got the same automated response. And still to this day no response from them of what I purchased.
