So my 84 yr old grandpa gets a call saying they are going to deliver a summons against him and this and that. he doesn't talk very plain cause of his parkinsons so they call me telling me he will have to appear in court if he doesn't pay this debit. they don't care about the interest just needs to pay the $500 dollars or a $100 dollars a month. So I said I will discuss it with him and mind you I have to call another 1866 number to discuss this with someone else..I askes who he was with he said KMA law mr harris office. I called the local police office and they said that the country sheriff or court house will never call you to tell you about a summons they will deliver it in person... That this is a scam...
