Mr travis called said he was trying to make me avoid garnishment. From a debt 10years ago that was discharged from bankruptcy. Knew all my info and family info including truck I drove. Couldn’t provide any documentation said 24 hours was all he had to clear this up. Wanted to settle for $1500. I don’t live in the state the debt was owed but was taking it to court in the state I live in currently 2800 miles away

Told me I owed for payday loans I didn’t have and said I could use a visa or MasterCard over the phone to pay it or he was going to have me arrested or sent to court
