Call to collect a debt from capital one bank from 2018. Wanted a payment plan or it will escalate to a civil suit. They gave our address and asked if the last digits of SS number.

They used document processer, kna law firm, kna associate

When I said we never had a capital one credit card he began to get hateful and say we will be seeing you in court.
