I received a voicemail from a man named Brandon, he said that I am being summoned to court and that I needed to call him back with the reference number he provided on the voicemail. Before I could return the call I received a phone call from my ex-husband and also my father, they both stated that they received a call from a man named Brandon looking for me because i missed a court date. I then called the company to find out what this was all about, when i spoke to "Brandon" he was extremely rude, started calling me a low life, worthless, and that i should put myself out of my misery because i can't pay my Bill's. He even said i was ugly and no wonder why i couldn't keep a husband! This man berated me, asking if I think he should feel sorry for me. I spoke nothing but respectful to this man. When I asked him what his full name was he would not provide it, when I asked him his license to practice law nu.ver, he would not provide it. He wouldn't even tell me how much the debt was that I supposedly owe. He did nothing but talk down and belittle me for over 15 minutes. He finally hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a Nate Finely, but soon realized that I was speaking to the same man as before. He responded to me saying, "You're a little slow on the uptake, aren't you." Never have I been spoken to this way before by anyone, let alone a supposed attorney. Apparently I'm supposed to be receiving a summons to appear in court. I finally told the rude man, "Do what you have to do." I guess I'll just wait for this summons that's coming for me...lol
