This company called stating we were being sued for a old bill & had a court date IF we did Not settle right than 8/20/2018 we would have to pay over $*** in court costs.Unaware that a subpoena is only served in person we believe what they were saying and we paid $*** Not aware IT WAS ILLEGAL OVER THE PHONE to present a Court Subponea.They had all our old account information from Mastercard.We panicked and do not want to be taking a court and have to pay that additional cost of $***. I have contacted MasterCard and they have no account of it what the hell ever it is also with a company called National corporate that was the actual company at that took the money out of our bank statement their phone number is 1-813-563-8911 I tried calling yesterday & got a Voicemail with National Corporate.PLEASE HELP.THANK YOU

Same as above. Exactly. Got a voicemail that a county official had attempted to deliver a summons and was unable to do so. ( There is someone home at my address 24-7, no attempt was ever made) I called the number left in the voicemail. I was told I was being sued for a balance of $2000( a card that closed March 2009. ) When I ask for their address to give to our attorney they hung up on me. I spoke with the credit card company who stated that the account was sold almost 10 years ago. When they said there was a court hearing scheduled I ask what the date was since I travel for work out of state, he again hung up on me. I contacted the attorney who advised me to contact the attorney general and the local court house . I did this. There is no court hearing pending and no “ county official attmepted to serve me. I will contact the attorney general Monday. This company is blatently unprofessional, so much so that it’s easy to tell they are not legit. Scary that there’s people out there like this. I’m young enough to handle my business but I can see how these “ scare tactics” would work on the elderly. They need shut down. If a “ process server” calls you and gives you that number... just hang up.

The receptionist at my job alerted me around 2pm today Keith Reed called and ask if I would be at work tomorrow so they can serve me papers from a debt I owe in 2008. I called the ?phone number (855) 712-0933? x 226 and immediateky knew it was scam. He was very rude and didn’t have the phone number of the creditor I supposedly owe. He stated the sheriff will be serving me papers and I replied OK I’ll be waiting.

received a call from someone claiming to work for the county in which i reside. they claimed they were coming to serve me papers for an old debt i had (in which i paid off years ago) and they were verifying i will be at home tomorrow to be served. that is, unless i call the lawyer involved and settle it prior to the day. i called and it was evident of a complete scam. they had a LOT of info on me (name, address, wife's name and number, my employer, employers number, mothers name and cell number) after hanging up on them, they have called my work, my wife, my mother and myself about 100 times. threatening me. It is insane.

A gentleman left a message with me and several family members that he was calling from my county to verify that I would be home the next day to serve me papers. I returned the call and he said if I don’t make arrangements he would have a deputy come out to my house tomorrow and serve me and that I would be in court next week and threatened to put a lien on the house etc. I told them they must have the wrong person. They had a lot of my personal information which distrurbs me. He has called several times saying the same thing. I notified the police in this as well. He used the name Nicolas Porter and the next day the guy said he was M.R. Brown.

Hey just called again while I was typing this. It comes up unknown caller and when they leave a message they tell me to call the 18556748456 immidiatly or they will send a deputy out to serve me.
