This attorney supposedly handles real estate issues and other legal matters. Joshua Knight was hired by me on August 26th where I gave him $4,500 as a retainer to obtain his services. By the end of December he had not proceeded with my legal matters. He offered to return my money in full. I asked him to put it back on my credit card but he said he would send me a cashier's check. He did send me a cashier's check which was homemade fraudulent and I'm unable to cash it of course it's fake. I asked him to put my money back on my card again but instead I've had to file a dispute and he's fighting my dispute. He says he's now out $9,000 because he sent me a check for 45 and I'm disputing 45. Since the check is fake with proof from SunTrust Bank in a form of a letter along with name address and phone number of the contact of the bank manager he's not out $4,500 I'm out $4,500. I reached out to him today December 24th to please return my $4,500 on my credit card. Of course I have not heard from him. So he's passing counterfeit checks he's lying about his being out $9,000. I highly recommend you do not use Joshua Knight, Legal Services. I have three different addresses on him I don't know which one is real if any.
