Came to cut down and remove a tree. Demanded "Cash" for payment...probably a red flag. Most likely do not pay taxes. Since I could not stay till they finished job I stupidly paid them and they left soon, thereafter, not finishing the job. I have tried to find these people (Knights's Tree Service (out of Nashville)) on the internet but they are not to be found. There is no address on paperwork that they hand out. They use a cellphone under the name of Mike Ross and the cellphone number is 615-499-1363. For two days they were promising to return to finish the job but did not. Now they are not answering the phone. This is a "business"/individual. They come with a pickup truck, a ladder and a saw.
