I ordered 2 blankets 1 yr ago. I have tried many times to contact them or to receive the 2 blankets. I would like my money back. Its a scam. They charged my card immediately. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I saw an Instagram advertisement under the name Knits and Knots Blankets, claiming to sell sustainably sourced wool blankets at a largely discounted price. I purchased a blanket on Dec. 9 and have not received it. I tried to visit their website again but it says page not found. I cannot even view my order. I tried to email the company to ask for an order update but have not heard back.

I got an advertisement on Instagram from this company for a blanket that was on sale. I ordered one for a friend, I got a confirmation email and thought everything was totally fine. But I never received it. I went to check on my order and it said the shop is unavailable on their website and there is no way to contact them. They charged my card before the blanket was even shipped.
