Received two defective water filters. Should’ve known better that this was a scam. Upon placing order, my PayPal acct was charged by a different company name, email confirmation was another name (Everly Boutique); essentially all correspondence didn’t match up to original website. While tracking the order, it seemed to have been shipped from a foreign country, not AL as their website stated their address was.
