On 12/07/23, I thought I bought a robot cat litter box for $40. from an ad on Instagram. I never received the order. I emailed the company 4 times and kept getting excuses that it was “on the way”. I’ve searched online and found that many more people have also been scammed by this same company.

self clean cat litter box, never shipped, no update on delivery. When I start to click on the order tracker, my virus blocker says malicious site. The name on the charge is complete different than on the initial order

Purchase was for a litter box. When i messaged them to cancel the order they continue to ignore it and say that the order is delayed or we are working on your order, just a bunch of bs
