I ordered a bike and some undies for my daughter for summer time so I placed order in early June. This company charges and send invoices and email right after purchase , but after that no information is provided, they actually do provide a tracking number that does not work, and also no contact info anywhere on Internet and the email responses are automated and very very poor reply and customer service, poor to none. I waited a couple months for them to ship out, that didn’t happen so I asked for a refund and that is taking another month, I can’t find the company info anywhere or contact info. I had got the bike as birthday gift for my daughter but the gift never came in time which really sucks cause she was really hyped about getting her Minnie Mouse bike.
