I ordered a product via the Web site, which was confirmed. Web site states an email will be sent when product (Arctic C face cream) is shipped. After 3 days I sent an inquiry email to which I never received a reply. On 2/17 I filed a complaint with BBB. I received only automated acknowledgment but never a case number or other contact, including no reply to a 2/26 email. The charge appears on my card statement received today. (Note that I used a shortened form of my name for shipping — ** ****)
