This site appears very legitimate and appears to be selling a really cute product with 25% of proceeds going to wildlife efforts in Australia. The problem is that the company doesn't exist. They send shipment notifications with fake tracking numbers, but fake tracking numbers that actually appear to work. But your order is "accidentally" missent to another state and no follow-up emails are ever returned. Upon contacting the US Postal Service myself, I was promptly told that my tracking number was invalid and there was no record of anything being shipped from this company. My credit card company reversed the charges immediately, but this company should be shut down.
