My mom worked thru phone and email with a lady thru this company to buy a puppy. This lady told my mom 2 people have to be there to get the puppy, promised us that the puppy was ours, sent an approval over we paid the application fee had to apply twice because they told us they lost our application. Then my mom and I showed up and the puppy wasn't there, a different lady is there( the owner) told us then that 1 person could have come get the puppy and that the puppy had a hold on her. Then I confronted her for what they told us and the misinformation she told us and she threatened us that she would take us off the approval list. All because I confronted her about how we were lied too. My mom was told that she could not place a hold fee on this puppy which was a lie, because when we got there the puppy had a hold on her is what we were told. But the thing is the dog wasn't even there. The owner herself was very disrespectful to me a 254 year old girl who confronted her about what she did to us. And we drove hour and half away. I just want people to know because the lady didn't try to make it right or call the lady my mom worked with to see if she could make it right. She tried to just offer us another dog and then when I asked what breed she didn't know. Guys DON'T do business with kober canine rescue dogs. They got our hopes up we learned a lesson and we move on. But I just want others to not get scammed like we did.
