Kobe Ceazer accept a $100 deposit for a puppy on Apple Pay with a $200 payment on pickup. Then said she would have to have another $100 because Apple pay would not let take until shee had $200 in the account so, i would only owe $100 when i picked up the puppy. The morning i was supposed to pick up the puppy i got a message from Matt Atkinson to cite administrator saying to message Kobe befor i start my drive that Kobe was i a wreck the night before. When i message her she said she was in the hospital and had just had surgery on her leg.

She then said that she hed gotten her neighbor to ship the puppy to me and sent a link to the fictitious shipping company. They said the puppy and all papers had been given to them to deliver me and the shipping had been payed but i would need to pay for a creat and insurance $350. Then Matt message me and said i would have to pay the $350 and he would guarantee i would get the puppy. About an hour later i got a message from the delivery service wanting $300 for a city permit witch i refused to pay. Kobe said that the deal was closed and blocked me.
