Kodiak Properties Management is a mystery to me. We are never able to contact anyone from the home office, no one will respond, even when I am trying to set up online payments, and they keep telling me I owe more money or will lose my home. Our property is going down hill in fox meadows and Coach Estates as they are not taking care the Properties. They keep fining us for paying late, yet they hold our checks for up to months at a time. I am nervous to live here because the property manager goes around making threats to the people living in the trailer park saying they will be out of a home if we don’t pay him in less than 30 days of receiving a notice. I have reached out to the company and called every number I could find. No one answered and no one called me back. I emailed and emailed, but they told the property manager they didn’t have my correct email address. It just seems odd that you cannot get ahold of anyone in the company and no one can ever explain anything or help with my questions.
