On June 1 of this year, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from a company that I thought was Kohl's, here in the US. After ordering them, I find out that it would take 7 to 10 days for them to come, and that it was coming from China. I kept checking the tracking information and by July 1, the tracking information said they had been delivered, but I didn't receive them. I emailed them about not receiving them and they said they would reorder them. The tracking information said that they were delivered on Aug 29th. I didn't receive them either. I emailed them again, saying that I was going to post this experience on Facebook and report it to the BBB.
