I order pajamas for family at Christmas. It made me think l was ordering from a Kohl's. Did not realize it was coming from China. They emailed me with an order confirmation. From the email was a contact email. Message them that l never received it told me to check with neighbors and post office. I told them the post office can not find it. Tracking number never show up . They told me it was a small package and infact they sent the wrong item. But it was up to me to find out what happened to the item they sent and would not send me what I paid for until they knew what happened to the item they supposedly sent and insist it was delivered to me . Also they never offered to refund me, they said they lost money.I never received anything from them . Plus it was false advertising, making me believe l was ordering from a well known merchant when in fact I was not .
