The company advertises on Facebook artificial intelligence animals that look and move like real pets. I ordered two dogs for my grandchildren, but right after I ordered them, the Facebook videos were hard to locate and once I did, they were using real dogs for the advertisements. I waited 2 months to receive my package and I received two stuffed dogs that you could purchase from a Dollar Store. The return address on the package is from John Doe. There are several reviews I've read, since I ordered them that say it's a SCAM. I hope they can be stopped. I asked for a refund, and they said I can keep the stuffed toys, and they will refund me within 3-7 business days. It's been 3 days so far and no refund yet the initial charge was made on 9/2/2020, and it says Merchant Name DuotongGuan SA.
