I ordered the sample of this "company's" cream for 4.95 shipping and handling several weeks ago using my credit card. If I like the product, I would receive a two months supply for 99.95 by not cancelling. On Friday, August 12, 2016 at about 6:00pm, a representative from the company called me and said he needed to verify my information so they could give me an order number. He told me my address and then asked me to verify my credit card number. I said you must have it if you are calling to process my order. I told him that no other company had ever called me back after an online order asking for my credit card number. We argued for some time and then a woman named Sallon came on and said they needed it to verify that I was who I said I was since people tried to get the sample more than once (?). Again, I told her that it was unusual practice to ask for my credit card number. Since I was being threatened with a 99.95 charge if I did not give the number, I gave it and planned to cancel my card. On Sunday, another rep from the company called to confirm my order and I told her that this had already been done on Friday. She seemed surprised and tried to hang up but I told her that I had this figured out now and was contacting the proper authorities. I also insisted that she let me speak to someone higher on the food chain in the company. She said they were not there but may be back in an hour. I insisted that she have that person contact me as soon as they returned. Of course, no one called.

I think this company must be up to something unethical. No company calls you back after an online order and asks you for your credit card number. My bank notified me of the 4.95 charge which I honored and then I cancelled my credit card.
