i purchased an floor clean from kollcheap. i received an item from kohl's. i only accepted it because it had the same tracking number as the one kollcheap sent me in an email. so i signed for it. Of course, it wasnt my floor cleaner. i purchased it threw paypal. called them and filed a claim, it was denied because they show i received an item with that tracking number. of course i paid threw paypal but with my capitol one, so i will be refunded. when i tried to contact the business, it goes to voice mail and of course they dont answer email. they would have gotten the money IF i had paid with Paypal because he can prove i got something (a 3.00 mini fork), not my floor cleaner. called kohls and they dont even show the fork as a purchase with anyone. they believe they got hacked.
