Product website says items are returnable if unused or unaltered. In actuality they won't approve purchases if you open the mailing envelope/box to get to thr items inside which are in their own boxes. It's very confusing and was frustrating as the watches themselves are very obviously junk and from shein/temu type companies that they rebranded and are selling with not return option. Shipping took a long time which I see is what many experienced as I am guessing they wait for items from China. I see my items came from LA, California but can find no info on address, phone or that their business is licensed. I see they registered their website through AZ but can find nothing else, so I'm not sure where they are truly based out of. I see other women that have made comments on their account which they hide or remove.
