I searched for a product that I had seen before and clicked on one of the first websites that came up. I purchased a personalized plate on May 8. I received an email that I would get a link once it shipped. On 5/17, I wrote to them because I had not gotten the link. They said it was still "in production" but that they would "rush" it. On 5/24, I still did not have the link. I said that if I didn't have the link by 5/28, I would cancel. They said they would "rush it" and ship it with "the fastest shipping method." On May 29, I requested that they cancel my order and refund me. On May 30, I asked them to confirm that it was cancelled. On June 3, they said they would "hurry" the order and would refund me 10%. I said no, cancel immediately. They shipped it anyway. They did not ship it overnight or any other "fast" shipping method and said "delivery time was out of control." At this point, I had asked multiple times to cancel the order and they refused. They also claimed to be able to ship it faster yet then said they had no control.
On 6/10. I wrote that it had been a week and USPS didn't even have the item. I again asked for my order to be cancelled. It was not.
I received the item on June 16 and rinsed it. On 6/17, I sent a picture and demanded a refund. The entire personalization washed off. The quality was horrible. On their website, they have the following return policy:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we want to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible for you. Please follow these steps:
Initiate the Process: Start by sending an email to us at [email protected] to inform us of your issue.
Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or videos that show the defect or damage, along with a detailed description of the problem. This evidence is crucial for us to understand and assess the issue quickly.
Fast Processing: We commit to processing your refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your email. Our goal is to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
No Return Necessary: For defective or damaged items, you won't be required to return the product to us. However, providing photos or videos as proof is essential to assist us in making the refund or exchange."
I followed all of their steps. The 48 hour commitment is a lie. No return necessary is a lie. They offered to send me a new one, I said no and to refund me on 6/19. They offered a 20% refund, I said no on 6/20. Then they said for a full refund, I need to return the item and pay for shipping - which is not what the policy states. I sent them their own policy and again demanded a full refund on 6/20. On 6/24, they said I had to return and pay shipping and on 6/24 I said no and that they needed to follow their own policy twice. On 6/25 they offered 40% and on 6/26 I said no - full refund, no return. They offered 45%. I said no and again referenced their policy. On 6/27 they offered 50% and I said no. On 6/28 they said full refund if I return it. This morning, I said no.
This company is clearly fraudulent and advertises a return policy to lure buyers into feeling secure in their purchases with no intention of fulfilling their promises.
