Danger - Very sketchy Company

On April 8th, 2020, I ordered a pair of “Bestwalk” comfortable flat bottom shoes from this company’s ad on Facebook and paid $73.08 for the shoes. I received the shoes on April 30, 2020 and was VERY DISSATISFIED with the quality. They were not as advertised and not comfortable. I contacted the company at: [email protected] and told them that I wanted to return the shoes for a full refund.
They tried everything to try and get me to keep the shoes by offering me 30% off, then 40% off the purchase price. I told them that I didn’t want the shoes for any price because they were such poor quality. When they still refused to refund my money, I said that I had paid through PayPal and I would contact them for help. At that point Konanza said they would refund my purchase but I must send the shoes back to China. I was so determined to get back my money that I did send them to China.
After waiting 3 months (shoes returned on 5/7/20) on 8/10/20, I send them an email asking about my refund. They acknowledged that they had received my return and would refund my money. Two days later, a full refund was deposited into my PayPal account.
HOWEVER, this is not the end of this horror story.
Yesterday, 9/3/20, I received an email from Amazon thanking me for reviewing their product with a link to the review. It had my name on a review for a product that I NEVER PURCHASED. When I looked up the product and checked into the name it showed the same information where I had to send my shoes back to in China. VERY UNSAVORY PEOPLE.

I purchased a pair of shoes- 6 -8 weeks later-they came in the completely wrong size- I was told for a refund I HAD to send them back to China- which I did- I have all the tracking reciepts and it cost me an extra $28 to send them- I got a confirmation of delivery from the postal tracking #. I sent all my reciepts & confirmation of delivery- They still claim they never got them. This is a scam- and all over a $75- cheap pair of China made shoes- I followed their directions to a "T" Horrible Experience!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Konanza in Feb 2020. When the shoes arrived they were of poor quality, the box was torn to pieces and the toes of the shoes had different shapes. They asked for a picture of the shoes which I provided and said they would issue a refund if they received the shoes back. I sent the shoes back with a tracking number which was costly. They continue to say they never received the shoes and will not issue a refund. The postal tracking has now expired. This company is a scam rip off. Buyer beware. The products are poor and you will not get a refund if damaged. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook

I can echo all of the complaints previously reported regarding the advertised quality vs actual quality and the terrible "satisfaction guaranteed" customer service. The shoe I saw on FB was advertised as a canvas shoe. It's definitely NOT canvas ... some kind of plastic. It feels terrible on my feet. "Emily" answers my email and says "As mentioned from the above email, we can only accept an exchange for the item that does not fit. According to our policy, the return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems.
We will not make any refunds once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition." "Emily" offered to swap my shoes for something else from their website. I would not take 1 more thing from Konanza ... a waste of money.
DO NOT order from this 3rd party. DO NOT order this brand of shoes ... not what you think they will be.

I totally blame myself for not reading the return policy before I order the Bestwalk comfortable flat bottom shoes, because I am stuck with shoes that not only do not fit but are very cheaply made. They looked so cute in the ad and had such great
reviews. Who knew that that was such a hoax, because there are absolutely no reviews less than four stars. Certainly one of the reviewers felt like I (and obviously many on here) do. When I asked to return the shoes less than 20 minutes after I opened the package, I was told that I had to take pictures of the them to prove their condition. “Emily” said they appeared to be in good condition but I could only exchange them for another pair. Unless you have very wide feet, order two sizes larger than your US size, and will be certain that you will love them regardless of how they fit, DO NOT ORDER SHOES FROM KONANZA! I’d post a comment on the Konanza website, but it would obviously not make the review filter. Why waste the time? Hopefully perspective buyers will be smarter than I and read these comments.

Scammers! I purchased a pair of shoes which took over 2 months to arrive. Didn't even come close to fitting, were incredibly cheaply made, arrived in a plastic bag and were smashed. I immediately returned them to the local address on the package. Company claims I should have sent them somewhere else despite not answering any of my emails during the 2 months I waited for them to arrive and would not refund my money. They hide behind giving you a brief number of days to return the product and not answering emails for information on how to return. Consider your money gone if you purchase from them.

I ordered a pair of sandals June 3 from a Facebook ad and have yet to receive. This is far too long. Numerous emails to the company with replies that order has shipped with a very long numerical number for shipping tracking, but they don’t give name or address of shipper so you can’t follow up. No offer for replacement or refund. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT Buy from them!

I purchased three pairs of shoes from Konanza. Fortunately I used Paypal. The tracking number did not work. They did not respond to emails. When the shoes arrived 2 months later they did not fit properly and were uncomfortable. They did not respond to my emails. Paypal said to return them to the return address that was on the package. After I did that Paypal refunded the return shipping charge but Konanza said that since I did not return it to their factory, they would only refund 30%, then 35% then 40%. I requested 100%. They said that their address is :Name:Gavin Xie
Address: 201, unit 3, Building 90, Taojieling Xiaoqu
City:Yiwu
State: zhejiang.
Country: China
Zip code: 322001
Phone: 0086-13575957097
This is not on their web site or Paypal. They sign their name Emily. Still waiting for a refund.

Hello Wendy,
Thank you for sharing your story and the address of this sham of a company. I also ordered 3 pairs of shoes and spent $190. I also used Paypal and wondered if they can help. Did you ever get a refund?

I ordered two pairs of shoes on 9 Jun 20 and have yet to receive them. The tracking number they provided shows the shoes are in Chicago awaiting shipment. They have been in this status since 20 Jun 20. I have emailed Konanza twice and the return emails simply state the package is waiting to be scanned by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Everyone knows it does not take the postal service two weeks to scan an item once it is received in their processing station. Based on the communications I have had with this company leads me to believe their sole purpose is to scam as many people as they can. They provide you with just enough information to make you think they are legitimate but basically the information they are providing is completely bogus and meant to make you believe they are sending you whatever it is you ordered. I would highly recommend you post this type of information on this or some other site if you have ordered something from this company and have not received it or received something that was not what you ordered.

I ordered sandals for my mom with adjustable velcro straps. Ordered 5/23/20, received June 29/20. Sandals too big in that the straps cannot be tightened enough to hold feet in place safely. Explained mom is 95, need safe shoes. They required pictures, sent immediately. Shoes NEVER WORN. Response, they shipped size ordered. They will exchange, but not refund. I will never order or recommend this company. Once they get your money, you will never get a refund.

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes on 5/3/20. As of today 7/1/20, I have yet to receive them and nothing from Konanza but emails about being patient and saying I would have them in 7-10 days. This after 5 or 6 emails. The USPS has no tender documentation to support their claim that it was mailed. This is the second time in the last 4 months that I have been screwed ordering online with an off-shore company. I say buyer beware

I ordered sneakers on 5/22/20. Finally received them 7/1/20. Ordered size 10. The sneakers that arrived would not fit a 9 year old. Have to be a size 5. No size marking on the sneaker. Never order from this company. Never.

Piece of [censored] shoes! False advertising...the boots they advertise and I thought I was buying are in no way the shoes I received.

The return address was from Rosedale, NY, but I have to return the product to China address including tracking number. The shipping cost is almost as much as the pair of shoes purchased. Returning to China is not stated in the ad or on their website. This website advertises on Facebook and is where we saw the ad initially. With the Coronavirus, nobody is charging for returns. I always were a size 8 1/2, but these were too short, so I wanted to do an exchange for a 9.

- Tucson, AZ, USA

No Refund policy offered only an exchange offered that requires returning product to China address including tracking number. The shipping cost is almost as much as the pair of shoes purchased. Returning returns to China is not stated in the ad or on their website. This website advertises on Facebook and is where we saw the ad initially. To mr this is a scam and should not be allowed!
