I talked to them a few times over the phone, we chatted over email (I still have all the messages) and the payment was made over e-transfer. We signed the agreement and they sent me an invoice which I paid.

They were inviting local businesses to be featured on 5000 memo boards that would be distributed out of the Safeway at the Vernon Square. Konect Media had to create memo boards and find the business which wanted to display their services there.
