I ordered a tshirt from them on July 12th and received a tracking number. The original tracking number showed that it stayed in China for a month and then shipped to US. I was originally told that I would receive the product in 14 to 30 days so I was already upset as this was for a friends birthday gift and her birthday had passed. After the supposed arrival to the US, the tracking number then became bogus. Iveemailed the company numerous times and was told to be patient that covid has held it up. Then the emails became more and more hateful. I turned them over to paypal after 2 months with no legit tracking number. After that I received an email from koodred saying the package had been found and was being expedited to me, that was a month ago and they also offered me a 30% refund. I refused and now the emails have completely stopped. Paypal is to make a decision in 3 days. I hope nobody else falls victim to this scam!

My mother purchased clothing on koodredshop.com totaling $63. She found out about this business on a Facebook advertisement and seemed legit. Trusted them because they claim to be “Christian” business. After my mom placed her purchase, she received various tracking numbers from USPS, UPS, etc and all of them are invalid. Spoke to a representative from USPS and they said the tracking number doesn’t exist and might be a scam. I tried reaching out to the business but they keep sending me tracking numbers that are not legitimate. I looked at reviews online and numerous people have had the same experience and never got anything they ordered. I want to report this and try to get them to stop doing this to people.
