Ignorant bullheaded jackasses stealing whatever they can
So, I call them the first time, Nelson answers the phone. He immediately tells me they aren't the company who took the money from my bank account. I'm calmly ask him to put a manager on the phone. Nelson immediately says that he needed to pull up my info to see if I qualified for a food card or gift card. I told him to focus and to stop pitching me and start concentrating on getting a manager and a phone number to accounts receivable. Again he stayed, and I quote, after I'm done getting this promotional package out to you, THEN, I'll give you a number that he will help me in I be said I'm not on giveing me any of you crooks ANY information and not to put anything about me in any data base the they are handling.
Nelson got tired of side stepping me he'd get the manager for me.. And putme on hold. Then he hung up on me.
I called back immediately and he hept hanging up the phone without saying anything. Trying to avoid the issue they created.
I then picked up up my son's cell phone and called. A new character, dumber than as box of rocks, named Charlie answers the phone is a no d job at starts running his marketing pit h to get information out of f me. I stopped him at least 9 times rudely and he just kept lying like he Nelson. I then told him telemarketing fraud was a felony against at least two years in prison and I was going to make a complaint with the FCC as well as better business bureau. He acted like I didn't say anything.Bank fraud and falsified documents is serious. Charlie hung up on n me..
I tried calling from 3 cell phones and they were definitely avoid me.. I then grabbed my roommates phone and called after 20 minutes of being cranked in the phone by both of the fine outstanding citizens, ya right. Charlie picks up the phone and then asks me for credit card info, phone numbers, and everything illegal to ask for, then I start giving him back the BS he's has been talking to me. Wrong phone numbers, fake random numbers. Things like that. And I just said to him, look, it's been a long day, I have 25 years of marketing professionally under my belt . You won't win. All you need to be so is put my money back in my account account and I'm outta your life. Or, I can file complaints and alert the local authorities there'll be more than happy to pick you up and the state will make 68,000 a year on you while you stay at the gray bar. Compliments of their excellent business practices. He got quiet. Then said my money will be refunded within 5 business days. I'm sure that's a lie too, I contacted my bank to alert them of the fraudulent withdraw out of my account. aMand let me know that bank will file a dispute on my behalf and to keep an eye on it.
I don't have my money yet. But I will surely make everyday a living hell for them on principle.
First class losers me I recorded the conversations and time stamped them if need more info.
Sincerely, Chris Workman
