I made a few pre-orders and to date have been unable to reach the merchant. They refuse to call me back or email me. They have working social media sites, however do not respond to messages. I have reported them as fraud to my bank but I'm having a hard time getting my money back.

Purchased item back in June. Sep still have not received item or refund. They do not answer email or phone call.
