I spoke to now wells fargo and they have no record of me. They also stated that this is not how they go about collections and don't take card numbers or account numbers over the phone.
It was troubling that these people had my social and address.
I was informed by the banks to put a fraud alert on my ssn with the three credit report companies just incase.
