Product was ordered online and paid with PayPal. After 2 month waiting did not receive product contacted PayPal and they were able to get the product shipped almost one month after I asked for help. I now no longer wanted the product and contacted the company requesting return info. I returned product unopened on 7 July. They received the product on 10 July and promised a refund. Refund was never processed. Repeated emails only got excuses for refund delay. I have noted that there are many similar complaints on the internet.
