I ordered two KORETRAK Smart Fitness Trackers from the website koretrak.site and was charged by the company newgadgetmart on my credit card bill. Upon receiving the fitness trackers, the band on one was broken and neither of them would charge and turn on. The product instructions were printed extremely small on a fold out accordion type paper packet that was about 3 inches big. The instructions include no mention anywhere of the product name KORETRAK. They also had not basic instructions like how to charge, how to turn on, how to assemble. Upon looking further I realized that on the outside of the package was a sticker that said KORE TRAK and it was placed over the real name of the product. - SMART BAND Your Health Steward. I googled Smart Band title and realized that these watches sell at WalMart for $10.98. So instead of the KoreTrak tracker that I ordered I received a Smart Band watch.

I also felt a bit uncomfortable that the QR code to upload the app uploaded a completely chinese app onto my phone. This gives me great concern.

I have tried to call the company and their number is disconnected.

I also tried to contact what I believed to be the "REAL" KORETRAK company through their website www.yourkoretrak.com at phone number 855 219 4892 and said I was concerned that their product was being impersonated by another company and were they aware of this. Well upon a few questions to them it seemed a bit fishy with this company as well. I asked her if their KORE TRAK fitness trackers that they sell are SMART Band Your Health Steward and she said yes. So essentially it seems that this company is also a scam.

I researched further and there are several different websites with KORETRAK in the title. I would firmly request that all of these website be investigated for fraud. https://koretrak.site/ https://www.yourkoretrak.com/ https://www.koretrak.io/
