In September 2020, saw an ad on Facebook for KoreTrak fitness watches. Ordered 2 watches. It has been 2 1/2 months since the order was placed, and have not received watches. Have contacted KoreHealth several times via e-mail, only to receive the same answer stating that due to the volume of orders and the pandemic, orders are taking longer to ship and receive - please be patient. Tried calling the customer service several times, and only get a recording suggesting we contact them via e-mail - then they hang up. At this time, they have stopped responding to our e-mail inquiries. There is a USPS tracking number, but when we check that, it states that the Post Office is waiting for the package. Continue to see advertisements for these watches. Also, we continue to receive e-mails from this company advertising other products they sell.

Have seen multiple advertising on social media about this fitness watch, however after placing order and talking with their customer service I have not received delivery after 30 days from placing order. Would not answer second call to customer service but instead directed me to contact them via email. Have requested refund thru bank and awaiting reply from them. Have notified KoreTrak of my intentions

to file with ScamPulse.com and also request for refund. They only say the request is being reviewed. Tracking number shows shipment from the Netherlands, however there has been no change in status for two weeks.
