Please do not purchase from Koselip.com or econonal.com. They will steal your money and send counterfeit products. They use other people’s pictures and send you knock Off clothes. They are poorly made. Cheap material. I’ll fitting. When you ask for a refund. They ask for pictures. Wait several days to respond so your 30 days run out. And keep asking for more information on why you want a return. Then they say they will give you 1. 60% off to repurchase the item (why would I do that)

2. 10.00 website credit

3. Or 7.00 back

None of these choices include my refund. They state to ship it back is far but if you want that option they will send the address. It’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t done that.

Also the website keeps changing! Same clothes, different name.

This business has many names; Koselip, Econocal, Rosewe. I purchase a dress that looked very nice in the ad, however, when I received it, it was not what was advertised. The sizing was not right either, it was like children's sizes! I sent it back, after many emails, in the beginning of July, and have not got my refund! I have sent several emails, but all they say is they are trying really hard to get my money returned to me!

I was on Facebook and saw Koselip advertising. Clothes really looked nice. I am retired and money is very valuable to me. I'm attending a Family Reunion out if town, so I decided to order a couple of tops and a dress. This was done on June 27th, my dress came today which is July 22nd. I was very upset with them I had emailed them about when should I expect my order and they kept saying to be patient after two weeks I had mentioned in the email that I wanted to cancel my order. They said it was too late and already had been shipped. So why did it take almost a month to get one piece of an orderThe dress looks nothing like what they advertised. They're also part of Chicpopo I'm also waiting for an order from them as well. I've learned my lesson. Between the two I spent a little over a100.00 dollars
